Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation.
Cancellations are not permitted for activated software licenses, subscriptions, or delivered services.

If cancellation is requested before service activation, the request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Icom Industries.
